

Due to Covid, a Mass of Christian Burial and Celebration of Carol's Life will be held in the coming months. Carol is survived by her children, Karl (Lori), Kurt, Joseph, Gretchen (Joe O'Grady), Karen and Mary, her sisters, Ruth (Clem Opatz), Diane and Kathryn, her 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.


Carol is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, Charles, son Eric, infant son Paul, brothers Richard, Walter and Stanley, 2 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Carol loved children and spent many hours caring for and spending time with the children who loved her as Nana. Alphonsus Catholic Church, where she and Charles were lifetime members. She kept busy in retirement with gardening, sewing, crocheting, bowling and also volunteered in different ministries at St. Carol worked at North Memorial in the ICU until her retirement in 2001. She rarely if ever missed a choir concert, school program, football game, swimming meet, band or orchestra concert. Carol was an incredible mom, sewing, cooking, cleaning and caring for her children and husband all while she worked at North Memorial Hospital, nights. Carol and Charlie moved to Brooklyn Center, Minnesota and raised their seven children. She met and married her husband of 56 years in 1958. In 1957, Carol fulfilled her long time dream of being a nurse when she graduated from St. She graduated from Slayton High School in 1954. Carol Schneider is based out of Orland Park, Illinois, United States and works at Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center as President/CEO. Carol was born to Joe and Marie Reisdorfer on their farm in Nobles County, Minnesota. Schneider (Reisdorfer), Caroline Rose age 84 died in her Brooklyn Park, Minnesota home on January 21, 2021. The documentary, FROM PAGE TO SIGN, about the rehearsal process of CLERC'S INFERNOwon first place in the New York Short Film Festival and the New Wave Short Film and placed highly in numerous other festivals. Currently in pre-production with The DH Ensemble and Dreamatorium Theatre, it is slated for a workshop at The National Theatre in London in July 2023. In 2019, CLERC'S INFERNO received two grants from the Arts Council of England for Research & Development workshops. This co-production between The DH Ensemble and Dreamatorium Theatre will be supported by Arts Counsel England.ĬLERC'S INFERNO was originally developed in Naked Angel’s renowned Tuesday’s received a New York Theatre Workshop supported workshop in midtown Manhattan and, after garnering a number of grants, was produced at Baruch Performing Arts Center. She trained at RADA summer school and is an alumni of Interlochen Arts Academy (Young Artists Award). Her essay, I'LL TAKE THE USUAL, which Carol narrates, is featured in Blunderwoman Media's anthology, NEVERTHELESS WE PERSISTED: ME TOO which won the 2019 Voice Arts Award (SOVAS) for Best Narration of Biography, a 2020 Audiofile Earphones Award. She has had principal roles in studio and independent films which have been to Sundance, Tribeca Film Festival and Slam Dance and has worked with such directors as Oliver Stone, Adrian Lyne and Kathryn Bigelow.Ĭarol has recorded for such publishers as Tantor Media, Simon & Schuster Audio, Scholastic Audio, Scribd Audio, Bee Audio, Encyclopocalypse Audio, Alexander, and Adventurous Media.
